Cures, cures and more cures?
Why are we so ready to look for cures when it would seem the more logical approach would be to remove the causes of disease. Americans live a life style that would kill most other animals in months not years. Yet we somehow believe that the way we live has nothing to do with our health problems. Why? Well, mainly because the established form of treatment is to drug, cut and burn our way to health. And, if we question the rightfulness of that course of action we are called health nuts or worse.
The first thing to decide in my opinion is, "what are we?" Are we omnivores, carnivores or some type of vegetarian? If we are honest with ourselves there can be only one answer to that question. We do not have claws, we do not have an elongated snout with huge incisors, nor do we have a short, smooth intestinal tract; all of which are the hallmarks of carnivores and omnivores.
We are unquestionably large, vegetarian primates that for some reason have strayed from our physiological underpinnings.

Let us not become conceited, provoking one another,
envying one another.
