Strange Orbs Seen in Spotlights at the Ground Zero Site in NYC - Souls?

This does not look like birds or plastic blowing like some media outlets had sad. These look like some type of self illuminated orb. You can see them all the way up the light column. Also, notice that you see them glow even when they go out side the light column which shows they are not birds or plastic.

What do you think this is? It's very interesting that people said they had never seen this before.

Light charges light i was just told by someone this is how the entity light survives, these are angels i saw one of them in my room and dart out in a flash.
