Does anyone have suggestions for curing autism, chronic fatigue, headaches and joint pain?

  I have COPD and in Nov I was visiting friends and family in Ohio/Kentucky. It became very cold one night of my visit and we had attended a church supper that was open to the public. I had breathed in lots of cold air and when I hit the warm air of the church basement I immediately went into bronchospasms. The next morning and three days later I coughed up blood. I kept this cough Nov, Dec, Jan and the first of Feb. What happened in Feb 2015 I received a bottle of nano silver 10ppm from amazon. I had seen a video where a doctor was talking about nano silver. She claimed it protected the cell membrane from being penetrated by the virus ebola. So that the viruses lacks the capacity to replicate. So I am thinking I have Hepatitis C. What if I started using nano silver 10 ppm? Couldn't hurt to try so that is why I ordered a bottle from Amazon. Anyhow, about 3 days after I had received my bottle, I ran out of Albuterol for my nebulizer. I had a bad coughing spell and no albuterol. So I am suffering and thought it's water and nano particles of silver can't hurt? So I fill my nebulizer cup half full with nano silver and gave myself a nebulizer treatment. What was totally amazing is this, in less than 24 hours my chest congested which I had for three months and could not clear was gone. I mean completely gone with one treatment. With the congestion went my cough as well. I still continue to use nano silver in my nebulizer once a day as my lungs are staying clear. I still have shortness of breath though.
