I drain the focus from my teary eyes to the grip of my hands, as I spit blood and gnash my teeth. I huff the frost from my burning lungs and watch it fall to a soiled blade, as clenched fists now grip my deliverance. I stand heavily under a darkened sky where through the fog, my enemy waits. I sent this message to my Red Cross chapter, after an entire day of researching disaster relief in the Gulf. I visited more than 10 websites all with conflicting information and spent half the morning on the phone trying to get answers from the EPA. CALL YOUR SENATORS AND DON'T LET THE PHONES STOP RINGING UNTIL WE GET A DECLAIRATION OF A STATE OF EMERGENCY AND COMPITENT LEADERSHIP!
