- I've been fascinated with perpetual energy ever since I saw Joseph Newman demonstrate it. I'm a commercial finance guy - finance convenience stores, mini-storages, government-leased buildings, etc. I'm always happy to share information I can be of help with.

Let us not become conceited, provoking one another,
envying one another.
