The elementary charge is the electric charge carried by a single electron.
This elementary charge is a fundamental physical constant.
The electron stored energy as a result of the photon as standing wave within the electorn and the kinetic energy as a traveling wave beyond the electron radius.
Charge invariance refers to the fixed value of the electric charge of a particle regardless of its motion.
At any speed the charge of the electron is the same.
The charge of an electron remains the same even it is moving close to the speed of light.
The actual origin of the relativistic invariance of charge is unknown.
