Spam

I hate it when I get garbage like this coming from one of my network/forum sites to my personal email.  Is there anyway at all to prevent these creeps from sliming our site?

This makes me sick enough to vomit.  This is not the first. I get them from many of my sites, usually the ning sites for that matter.

Just though I would give a heads up because I suspect that this troll will be hitting on others as well.
