How can his son get only a $2500 bail for armed robbery with a firearm which are two huge felonies in CT?

Then there is another young person, same age as Ben, who gets a $50,000 bail for allegedly making a simple phone harassment call which in CT is a misdemeanor with a maximum fine of $500 and one day trash pick up and ‘counseling’.  Something terribly wrong here.  He was arrested May 20, 2013 (!) and they are holding him hostage in the Hartford Judicial System under Gail Hardy.

Now they have issued a warrant for his arrest on the same charge and increased his bail to $100,000…and this
governor just stands by and watches this go on in his state.  Why are they not disposing Jonathan Reich’s case?
What are they afraid of?

I tried speaking with you numerous times and you refused to speak with me or return my phone calls.

Never in my lifetime have I experienced anything like this in which people who work for Government refuse to call someone back .

You may not like what I have to say but you need to call and listen it is your job.

I know because in my 29 years in school administration I did not want to call lot of parents back but it was my job.

I told you that if you choose not to speak with me just as Gail Hardy has refused to return my phone calls and the Attorney General you give me NO choice to place three Bill Boards around Hartford CT exposing the corruption in the Judicial system especially the Hartford Community Court which is supposed to be role model for the country.

How can someone 23 years old who supposedly was charged with a simple misdemeanor on May 20, 2013 still be in the Hartford Community Court system when that fine is a simple $500.00 fine and community service and counseling.

Now three years later you place a warrant out for his arrest and increased his bail to $100,000 thousand dollars for what simple phone harassment which you yet have to prove in the courtroom.

I am going to spend the last of my retirement funds which I was hoping to leave to my wife on these Billboards because when you see Injustice fly right in your face and people who work in the Hartford, CT justice system not return phone calls something is seriously out of whack.

Governor Malloy’s son Ben Malloy about the same age as Jonathan Reich was arrested for Armed Robbery with a Firearm and Firearm Possession received a $2500.00 hundred dollar bail and his case is now closed .

So why do you have a supposed simple phone harassment charge still active three years later and WHY ARE YOU REFUSING TO PROVIDE JONATHAN AND HIS ATTORNEY ALL OF THE DISCOVERY DOCUMENTS?

What kind of Justice is that called in Hartford, CT?

I do not want to use this option but you in the Hartford Judicial system are leaving me NO choice but to invest my retirement money into your corruption by denying every Civil Right he has in your court system.
