Petition to Grievance to Impeach President Barack H. Obama under the 1940 Smith Act:

The Alien Registration Act or Smith Act (18 U.S.C. § 2385) of 1940 is a United States federal statute that makes it a federal criminal offense for:

This begins partial information made public to impeachment of President Obama by violation of the 1940 Smith Act through the seek to overthrow our US Government by eradicating our US Constitution to forcibly implement a Socialized Government including a mandatory Socialized Health Care even seeking to overthrowing the power of our US Congress in time of war to direct our United States Armed Forces.

Through Socialist overthrow President Barack Obama aggregated abuse of power against the State of Arizona in time of war to adequately secure her own territory borders with a foreign country. Through a Socialist Strong Arm abuse of authority the President sought to dismantle the State of Arizona’s own measures to identify illegal aliens in time of war through unsecured national borders to a foreign state, directly violating his Presidential Oath of Office as Commander and Chief in times of War. Also denying by Socialistic Party favoritism to deny protection of our nations citizens of all enemies foreign and domestic, and to seek to overthrow or disrupt the Constitution of the United States in which we’re governed by laws of therein.

Through aggregated means or abuse of power by President Barack Obama and direct Administration Officials sought to retrain the State of Arizona to properly identify its US Citizens in time of War and created support of safe haven states of possible foreign and domestic enemies of our Nation in time or war.

He through his very associates have directly or indirectly promoted violence or through any other measure to go around our Legislative and Judicial Branches of government to overthrow an entire legitimate government party. The attacks are leveraged nearly daily for a display to all citizens through either the President directly or by his Administration.

Through direct associate NON-US Resident Mr. George Soros gave said 2.8 million dollars to overthrow FOX News Station and a certain Glenn Beck Fox Talk Show Host, taking over direct interest of National Public Radio (NPR), which has through the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) to be a legitimized Broadcasting Station and Show for Public US Citizen Viewing.

The abuse of his Executive position as the Commander n Chief publicly stated in his State of a Union address that he will by Executive Order Repeal, “Don’t Ask Don’t Tell (DADT).” DADT is only authorized to be repealed by our Legislative Branch (US Congress) of our US Government under the US Federal Military Law: Uniform Code of Military Justice. Under times of war the US Congress has under the US Constitution the sole authority to direct movement and law based on foreign and domestic enemies of our United States of America.

On October 21, 2010 from the President of the United States, he openly stated before White House Reporters (witnesses needs verification) that he was as Commander and Chief personally appointing individuals to ensure tougher measures were enforced before the Armed Forces could discharge any openly serving homosexual. This public statement was made even after the stay was put in force of the repeal by the 9^th Circuit Federal Court. This is before congress could finish receiving all studies required for National Security Policy in time of War; concerning gays serving openly in our Armed Forces and to restudy the case brought up by Log Cabin Republicans to a Federal District Judge of Appeals.

Numerous public statements from President Obama seeking to control freedom of speech by Fox News Channel or other US Citizens in pursuit of a direct Socialist overthrow of our legitimate government of Legislative and Judiciary Branch or manipulation or abuse of power is clearly evident.

Pursuant to election under the Democratic Campaign President Barack Obama through US Solicitor General Elana Kagan (verification required) sought out to conceal public information disclosure to all US Citizens required by Freedom of Information Act Public Disclosure. Nearly 2 million dollars of then Senator Obama and today President Obama was used to force Freedom of Information to be concealed from the US Citizens in effort to forcibly take control of our Executive Branch of Government. President Obama through forcible Executive Order denied his US Citizens right to Freedom of Information Act files of him attending schools and universities, long form birth certificate, and citizenship and resident information of Kenya, and Indonesia.

Numerous Policies of this Executive Branch of government under direct oversight of this President of the United States was grievously rushed through without proper chance of the US Citizens to be aware or our Legislative Branch of government to even read policies in attempt to overthrow or dismantle the Republican Party, or Conservative Independent Senators and Representatives.

The overwhelming support of this petition to grievance for the Impeachment implementation of President Barack Obama is understated in this sole document. Filed supporting evidence will be entered by elected attorneys by due process of law in an orderly fashion.
