Honey lovers beware! Raw honey is what has the most health benefits and also if you do add it to a hot tea or other hot beverages wait a little until it's cooled down, otherwise you'll kill the good nutrients that are found in raw honey. There's also great vegan choices out there too, my favourite liquid sweetener is maple syrup at the moment. But raw cane sugar is what we usually use, followed by organic light brown sugar for baking and stevia.
