Watch him get caught for the second time popping pills at his own event!   He can't even wait until he's off camera to pop those pills!   In his ridiculous "victory" speech on Super Tuesday, Ted Cruz looked drugged out of his mind to me!   Stew Webb was told by Intelligence sources that Marco Rubio is using speed and that's why he's always so hyper lately.  Donald Trump should ask him if he'll do a drug test right now at the next debate and watch him squirm!
