Powerful Drink that Melts Your Pounds, Cleanses the Body and Provides Energy
A strong drink that can melt your extra pounds. This detoxifying energy drink stimulates the metabolism, helps to reduce weight and gives a lot of energy.
The combination of apples and cinnamon will still regulate the metabolism fantastically and will effectively reduce weight, while eliminating excess fluid which is retained in the body.
The best of all is that you can prepare it in just a few minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 Apples
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 liter of water
Preparation and consummation:
Wash the apples well and cut them into thin slices – thin enough so you will be able to place them in a bottle then put them together with the cinnamon.
Place them in a glass bottle, pour water and put it in the fridge overnight. Tomorrow you will have your ideal beverage.
Drink the entire content of the bottle during the day and in the evening pour new water for the next day.
The dose of this recipe can be used for three days. In the fourth day put new apples and cinnamon.
The ideal detox dose is not more than 35 days, after this period take a break of 10 days before you begin again.
