Stop Paying Property Taxes by Removing Your Property From the Tax Rolls

Could it be possible that we don't have to pay property taxes? Could it be that we, as citizens, have been victimized to an even larger extent than previously known? The Organized Crime Syndicate known as our Government knows no bounds!

How would you like to be totally free from paying property taxes? I'm not talking about disputing your bill, I'm talking about NEVER PAYING PROPERTY TAXES AGAIN!

Not long ago, I received an email from a distraught senior citizen asking me for help. She was desperate because she did not have enough money to pay her property taxes. She asked me if there were any states that did not have property taxes. Sadly, I had to say no and that just recently (after a glimmer of hope that one state might abolish this abhorrent tax it was in fact voted that North Dakota keep their property tax). I wasn't able to give her much hope. Having wrestled with this issue before I started looking into again, trying to find a way to live free in these United States without paying property taxes.

I stumbled upon a radio program (please take the time to listen to the radio program in the videos below) in which a guy named “Steve” (no last name) made the audacious proclamation that we don't have to pay property taxes! According to “Steve” he fought the fight and won to remove his property from the tax rolls in Florida. He said that after studying the following documents:

The Constitution

His State Constitution (Florida in his case)

State Statutes and Codes

and Case Law

that he was able to have his property removed from the tax rolls. Not only that but he claimed that he helped his friends and family to do the same.

So what is his claim? Here is his argument in 5 easy steps

1. We have a Constitutional right to own property.

2. That the Constitution says that we cannot be deprived of our property w/o due process. There is no due process in an Eviction.

3. That his state Constitution (Florida) clearly points out that “shelter” is included in that right.

4. That the only entity that can sell your property is the title holder and the state is not the title holder.

5. That the only property that can lawfully be taxed in Florida (according to Florida's own laws) is property that is being used as a business or for commercial purposes.

He claims to have fought and won to have his property removed from the tax rolls because it was not being used as a business. Furthermore, the definition of business is not selling eggs from your land but a business that is incorporated.

Now, I have NO IDEA if this is true, or if this method would apply in other states. But, I personally, am going to look into this and see if this can be done in the state I wish to build my homestead. Some have commented that it's a risky proposition, however, according to “Steve” he didn't even have to go to court, he just made his case (after spending years studying the issue, I might add) and they just removed his home from the tax records. Moreover, if you are in danger of losing your property due to back taxes, then what do you have to lose?

My gut instinct tells me that this guy is right. Why? Because the evil men in charge have done things like this before. Anyone who has watched Aaron Russo's film “From Freedom to Fascism” knows that the income tax law is being used unlawfully to confiscate our money. And there's more, state and local governments hide revenue from us by using budgets instead of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report. And, we are all familiar with the mother of all ponzi schemes known as the Federal Reserve. So, there are three very good examples of government extortion and fraud right there. Do you see a pattern? The powers that be are counting on your ignorance. They know that most people do not know the Constitution, their state Constitution or the laws and that most people in America are too apathetic to fight for their own freedom. They are right. Most people will not fight and most people will not bother to do the due diligence that it takes to find out if this is true.

This is a fight that can be done without blood and without bullets. This is a fight that uses your mind and your passion, will you fight? Will you stand up for freedom?
