Americans For A Free Country A Grassroots Movement

A Free Country It Used To Be

The United States was built around a living document called the constitution. This document sets that entire feel for how that country us supposed to be run and managed. It seems these days that the powers that be have kicked the constitution to the curb.

The back drop on this story starts way back when in the early 1930's president Franklin Roosevelt created the new deal on March 4, 1933 at the height of the great depression using it as a kicker to get the new deal approved by congress.

He gave his fist inaugural speech as president and made this famous statement, “First of all,” he said, “let me assert my firm belief that the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.” He also promised to “Face the dark reality of the moment.”

He promised the Americans that he would “wage a war against the emergency” and treat as though a foreign country had invaded. Yes these words rallied the American people behind him in a way like no other time in history.

The very next day Roosevelt called for a four day bank holiday to stop a run on the banking system.

Roosevelt was on a quest to end the great depression. All of this is good stuff but like usual something good had an agenda behind that is still going today.

His next step was to ask congress to step up and end Prohibition. This would end the huge money being made bootlegging alcohol and they could then tax the sales of booze and make the money for themselves off of the sales.

He would get the ball rolling by making it legal for Americans to buy beer again. Finally congress would ratify the 21ST amendment ending Prohibition for ever. Roosevelt's agenda was to slowly get the federal government involved in the states in a way that made it hard for them to let it go.

I want you to remember that this country is not a democracy, it is a free republic. As it states in the pledge of allegiance, I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America,
and to the
Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all."

Democracy:
a:
government by the people; especially : rule of the majority.

b: a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections.

Attitude toward law is that the will of the majority shall regulate, whether it be based upon deliberation or governed by passion, prejudice, and impulse, without restraint or regard to consequences.

Republic:
a: a government having a chief of state who is not a monarch and who in modern times is usually a president : a political unit (as a nation) having such a form of government.

b: a government in which supreme power resides in a body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by elected officers and representatives responsible to them and governing according to law.

Roosevelt's was trying to build a democracy so the ruling elite could be in charge. That is what the goal has been for all of these years, and it still is today. The New Deal used infusions of money by the federal government in to the states to put the thumb on them.

Part of the New Deal was to build a free way system which was done, and that is where the interstate free way system came from. The states didn't have money to take on this huge undertaking and it needed to be done so it was feds to the rescue.

Yes we did need the free way system build but over time that states would have gotten it done without help from the federal government. But during the great depression this seemed impossible to the people of the United States Of America.

The American people saw the economy rebounding a lot faster if these things were done fast. Once again it was the feds to the rescue. They had the money to throw at it, and they knew that it would push their agenda forward if they made it happen

In 1935 due to the fact the the economy was not rebounding as fast as they projected they did what the feds always do and expanded the federal government by adding Works Progress Administration to provide jobs for the unemployed.

The (WPA) was not allowed to compete with private industry so once again it was expanding the federal government by hiring employees to build post offices, bridges, high ways, and parks.

In July 1935, the National Labor Relations Act also known as the Wagner Act, created the The National Labor Relations Act which in turn created the National Labor Relations Board to supervise it.

As you can see every move Roosevelt made increased the size of the federal government. Just the same as today except the government wasn't full of scandals back then. The worst thing they doing is pushing and agenda which has not changed since then.

The story of today is a lot different due to the fact they are on the verge of destroying this country. I doubt that was a part of Roosevelt's agenda back in the 1930's. But for the past 30 years it has been their agenda and this is what Americans for a free country aims to end.

It is the Ministry of NSearch that all inherit the Kingdom of God

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law....

Now the works of the flesh are evident,

which are adultery fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,

idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies,

outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy,

murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like;

of which I (Paul the Apostle) tell you beforehand,

just as I also told you in time past, that those who

practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering,

kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control,

against such there is no law. Those who are Christ's

have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Let us not become conceited, provoking one another,

envying one another.

Galatians 5:18-26
