Freedom Energy System Released by Designer! - Free Energy for Humanity

FREEDOM ENERGY SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

This is the full and final release of my technology architecture. Many years ago I made the decision to dedicate myself to technological progression. The people who control energy on this planet use your tax $ to actively suppress technological advancement. This is what I sought to change. I have now come to the end of that journey.

The brief I issued to myself in developing this system was as follows:

To provide a system capable of self-sustaining, over-unity energy generation in excess of 20kW. To provide an excess of all humans daily energy needs. To localise, as opposed to centralise, control of this system. To protect against energy loss in the event of Solar Flare Coronal Mass Ejection. To protect against energy loss in the event of Governmental Electro Magnetic Pulse attack on its own citizens. The system must be constructable and understood by the common man with off the shelf components.

In order to do this I have further developed the theory of open system on demand fuel generation. An open system is two closed systems, looped together, where the first stage closed system generates on-demand fuel to power through combustion the second stage closed system. The input energy of the first stage and the output energy of the second stage must be compatible. Electricity is the energy type used and desired.

The excess energy available must take care of all humans daily survival needs. These needs are:

Electrical Energy

Pure Drinking Water

Food

Heat

The Freedom Energy System (F.E.S.) I believe will achieve this brief.

I have documented the thought development process I have travelled through with my previous technology releases. I began working with HHO wet cell designs a decade ago. After understanding the limitations of this technology I began work on overcoming them. This resulted in the theoretical development of the H.E.L.T (Hydro Electro Lytic Turbine) System based on Tesla Turbine patents with some major modifications. Progressing on from this I developed the H.E.L.P. (Hydro Electro Lytic Pump). The H.E.L.P demanded a new architecture to support it and this was released recently.

The H.E.L.P, while being an important evolutionary step in the development of on-demand HHO generation, is beyond the ability of the common man to build and so failed the brief. To rectify this I have gone full circle and implemented the recent development of HHO Dry Cell technology.

This has made the F.E.S a viable proposition for fulfilling the brief.

I present you with the Freedom Energy System Architecture:

dI am going to walk you through this system beginning in the bottom left corner:

A 24V Direct Current (DC) Solar or Wind Charging system is used to harness free energy from the environment. This is the Prime Mover of the system.

This energy is stored in a 24V DC series wired (2 x 12V) lead acid battery bank. The same technology as used in cars to start the engine.

Directly after the 24V battery bank is a battery isolator switch rated for 250 Amps continuous current flow.

Then we have a Distribution Block with two inputs and one output. The battery bank is connected to one of these inputs.

The output of the distribution block is connected to the first cell in the 10 cell HHO Dry Cell bank.

The 10 Dry Cells are connected in series drawing 2V and 12A per cell. It would be a good idea to have an in-line Watt meter connected across each cell so you can monitor the Volt and Amp draw of each individual cell.

An electrolytic reaction will take place within each cell converting the Fuel (H2O + KOH) into HHO. This HHO is pushed, under low pressure gas expansion, out of the top of the Fuel Tank and fed to the first safety Bubbler.

This first stage Bubbler does not have to be overly large as it acts as a safety non return valve. I am NOT a fan of standard non return valves for use in HHO systems. Having worked with them for years I know they can fail and jam open due to component failure or foreign objects lodging in the valves. The other problem is that the flame speed of hydrogen is exceptionally fast and the valve may not close in time, preventing a flashback from reaching the fuel tank and blowing it up.

This is why I have adopted a two stage Bubbler system.

The second stage Bubbler needs to be sufficiently large to act as a second non return valve and as a primary fuel reservoir. More on this later in the operating the system section.

Both Bubbler's need to have a hole(s) drilled in the top and a rubber bung made from RTV Heat Resistant Silicone. The bottom of the hole is blocked with modelling clay and the top of the hole a funnel constructed also from modelling clay. The RTV is then poured and will set to make a bung of the exact dimensions of the hole.

The purpose of the bung is to create a low pressure seal in the Bubbler which will act as a pressure relief valve. In the event of a blow back explosion the energy will seek the path of least resistance and the bung will shoot out the top, preventing your Bubbler from exploding like a grenade. DO NOT OPERATE a Bubbler WITHOUT a Safety Bung!

The HHO from the Bubbler reservoir is then fed directly into the combustion chamber of the AIXRO XR50 Wankel Rotary Engine. The fuel is supplemented by oxygen oxidiser from the atmosphere in the same way as the ANTON GENERATOR, the length of the tube required is not currently known but will not differ that much from ANTON dimensions.

If it is found that a 10 Dry Cell Bank is insufficient to produce fuel to run the XR50 at full power simply add on a second 10 Dry Cell Bank, doubling the fuel output. The support architecture (24V battery bank, Isolator Switch, and DC500 PMA will need to be added) The Fuel System can simply be added in parallel and there will be no need to add a second Tesla Turbine Pump.

The XR50 needs the magnetic variable timing adjusted to close to Top Dead Centre (TDC) to run on HHO fuel, and the Carburettor to be removed.

An output pulley from the XR50 drives the first reduction gear pulley shaft. This then drives a second reduction gear pulley shaft. A final pulley gear reduction is used to power the Tesla Turbine Pump and the DC500 PMA.

A reduction is achieved from 10,000 RPM (output speed of XR50 main drive shaft) to 2,000 RPM (speed required to run DC500 PMA and Tesla Turbine Pump). This is a 5:1 reduction.

The PMA DC500 MUST be run at 2,000RPM because this will generate the 20V and 120A we require to run the 10 bank series HHO Dry Cell fuel generator.

From studying this Output graph of the DC500 we can see that 2,000 RPM is what we require. 20V AND 120A Total. 2V and 12A per individual cell.

Adjust the DC500 speed as required over or under 2,000 RPM to achieve 20V. This puts 2V across each Dry Cell. This is the important variable parameter to prevent overheating of the electrolyte fuel. The Amp draw of each cell is set by adding potassium hydroxide (KOH) to the Fuel Tank H2O. Keep adding it slowly, and mixing it and allow it to stabilise until the Amp draw from the battery bank is at 12 Amps across each cell.

The Tesla Turbine Pump has been selected as it contains zero electronics that could produce a short circuit as well as being an extremely efficient pump. It is run directly off the XR50 reduction gear pulley shaft. 2,000 RPM is a guide to turbine speed required. Dependant on the diameter and number of discs used in the stack this speed can be varied. A gentle flow of fuel is required through the cell bank, not rapid. Do not exceed 5,000 RPM it is not necessary or desirable.

DO NOT USE an electric powered pump to propel the fuel around the system. I do not trust them to be reliable and not short circuit. Even pumps designed for fuel are not suitable. Electric fuel pumps are designed to pump liquid fuel and not highly explosive gases. The Tesla Pump run from the XR50 is THE ONLY PUMP I recommend for this system. Change this parameter at YOUR OWN RISK!

So far we have covered everything in Figure 1 to the left of the XR50. This represents the theory for the open fuel on-demand generation system.

Everything to the right of the XR50 in Figure 1 is the output side of the system where we can extract useable power to do work.

The second pulley on the XR50 output shaft is connected to the two PMA DC500's. These when rotating at 10,000 RPM will generate 15kW each, giving us 30 kW of useable power to do work.

As the XR50 full power output shaft speed is 10,000 RPM and the PMA DC500 driven shaft speed is 10,000 RPM the speeds are compatible. This means a simple, efficient 1:1 pulley ratio can be used.

Both PMA DC500 outputs are fed into an Alternator Charge Controller rated for 30kW with two inputs. This then controls the voltage into our 96V DC battery bank.

The 96V DC battery bank acts as a Regulator and Storage Device for the energy produced. The PMA Output Voltage must exceed battery bank voltage for charging to occur. Adjust the number of PMA's, PMA driven speed, and battery bank Voltage to suit the Alternator Charge Controller.

A 96V battery bank consists of 8 x 12V cells. Search on the internet for ways to wire this up. You can run a lower Voltage battery bank no problems but PMA RPM speed must be adjusted accordingly to set the charging Voltage you require.

96V Alternator Charge Controllers are not easy to come by and so something like 48V may be easier to lay your hands on. If necessary use two 48V battery banks and more DC500 PMA's ;)

The 96V battery bank can then supply End User DC Power or through the use of a DC to AC Inverter can supply End User AC Power.

This fulfills the Electrical Energy requirements of the initial brief.

The Growbox Technology I have previously documented can be run from the battery bank fulfilling the Food requirement of the initial brief.

In the event of excess energy being produced the Alternator Charge Controller will divert the electrical load into an Immersion Heater Element in the Water Distillation Tank. This will heat the water in exactly the same way as your kettle, or power shower immersion heater, currently does.

The steam from the Distillation Tank will exit out of a pipe in the top and condense in a seperate Tank that will provide clean drinking water at 99.9% purity. This system (if two pipes are employed) also removes the need for a pressure relief valve. All chemicals, hormones, heavy metals, and other evil s*** they put into our water supply will be left behind in the Distillation chamber for easy cleaning and removal in solid form.

The Heating System will be tapped from low down in the Distillation Tank where the water is still in liquid form, and will flow around your heating pipework in the same way that your radiators currently do.

I recommend a pre-distillation chamber to purify the water before you put it into the Main Distillation tank. This will stop the impurities from being introduced into your Heating System and Main Distillation Tank. This pre-distillation chamber can be run from either DC or AC End User power.

This diversion load fulfills the remaining drinking water and heating part of the brief.

The entire system should be able to be built for around $15,000 in initial prototype form using off the shelf components. With mass production and specialised components this will drop hugely.

The only remaining part of the brief is EMP events:

The entire system is run without electronic control circuitry (Excluding the Alternator Charge Controller), it is run and controlled by rotational shaft output speeds and ratios of the XR50. The only components that would be vulnerable to EMP attack are the PMA's, XR50 starter system (if Electronic Starting is chosen), the Alternator Charge Controller, and the DC/AC Inverter. The Growbox Technology High Pressure Sodium (HPS) bulbs and other components will also blow if on at the time of attack.

It will be necessary to store replacement parts in an underground basement INSIDE A FARADAY CAGE. The information to construct one of these can be found on the internet.

It would make sense to have as many spares as you could afford stored away as there is no guarantee that an EMP event will happen only once. An EMP event that wipes out 99% of everything, followed a month later by another EMP that wipes out the other 1% and all the spare parts used to repair the initial damage is probable! So plan accordingly!!

OPERATING THE SYSTEM:

To start the system the Battery Isolator Switch is PULLED UP to allow the the 120A to flow from the 24V DC battery bank into the 10 Dry Cell structure. This will produce the HHO needed to run the XR50.

The HHO will flow out of the Fuel tank, through the first stage NRV Bubbler, and into the second Bubbler fuel reservoir. It will take a couple of minutes (estimate) to charge the system with HHO.

The XR50 can now be started in idle.

Using a belt pulley tensioning system (as simple as a wingnut on threaded rod, with a hinge or slide mechanism attached to the PMA)the PMA DC500 fuel producer is then tensioned to drive along with the Tesla Turbine Pump.

At this point, the PMA will begin producing the 120A 20V to run the Dry Cell bank through the Distribution Block.

This is when you hit the Battery Isolator Switch down and shut the battery off from the circuit. I recommend you do this from 6 feet away using a wooden broom handle. For the reasons why do a Scroogle search on “knife blade switch operators” :) You do not want that current going through you! Manual contactors are a viable alternative if you can find one rated at 250Amps. Unlikely, so the Battery Isolator and a broom handle is an excellent cost efficient compromise.

The battery must be disconnected as soon as the PMA engages to prevent overcharging of the cell or reverse flow damaging your battery bank. This is the reason for the second stage Bubbler fuel reservoir.

Now the XR50 will be self-sustaining, so crank open the throttle and you can begin gradually engaging the drive of the Output PMA's.

Once equilibrium is reached, the XR50 will continue running indefinately until component failure.

POINTS TO NOTE:

Do not smoke around this machine for obvious reasons!

Do not let children or village idiots anywhere near it, if you put your fingers anywhere near a running belt you will lose them faster than you can say goodbye to them!

None of the technology used here will be “new or unknown” to an electro-mechanical engineer, of which there are millions dotted around the planet.

The only stupid question is one which is not asked.

You can adjust the variables in this system as you see fit, however, if you deviate from my described parameters, make sure you understand what that deviation means before you do it.

DO NOT mess around with this technology. High Currents can kill, take all necessary safety precautions!

I will make myself available to answer any reasonable queries about this technology. Please contact Hobie, who will pass them onto me. Do not contact me directly. Thankyou.

This one is rated 250A continuous at 24V and is the key type. Just means walking it round to turn it off rather than push it down with the push button type.

This is a Dry Cell retail site:

NOTE: They also sell HHO KIT Safety Spark Arrestor WATER4GAS water for fuel, you can add one of these inline directly after the fuel tank and another between the two Bubblers. This will definitely help prevent any flash backs. They are cheap, solid brass so non sparking, and probably filled inside with 0000 steel wool (super fine).

Distribution Block:

An example of a one in/two out block used in car stereo power distribution that the boom box boys love. Bigger is better for this system. (you can use it backwards it is just a conducting block)

Tesla Pump Parts:

http://phoenixnavigation.com/ptbc/ptbcprod1.htm

Here you can buy rotors but they are 304 Stainless Steel which I do not recommend as they will corrode, 316L marine grade is what you want. This will give you an idea of what a Tesla Disc looks like though. Get your own laser cut is my advice. 20 will make a very powerful pump! Use 10 and keep 10 spare ;)

An example of pulleys (Green in Figure 1) with a key way for a keyed shaft to transmit drive and a taper bush to grip the shaft. Whatever section you choose, A, B, C or Z does not really matter as long as the belts are compatible section.

Fuel Tank and Bubbler should be constructed from polycarbonate sheeting:

http://www.theplasticshop.co.uk/polycarbonate-sheet-12mm-thick-3097...

DO NOT USE ACRYLIC! This is a brittle material and not as strong as polycarbonate. People who use and recommend acrylic do not understand this and only find out they built a hand grenade when it blows up!!

I recommend full respirator when using this. Do not chance it.

It is used in plastic welding capillary action techniques. Scroogle search until you understand what to do.

Ceramic Apex Seals are ESSENTIAL. You need them!

You will also need a starting system so make a choice on what you want. Avoid ES (Electric Starter) if possible because of EMP attack.

Alternator Charge Controller:

Give them a ring and chat to them about what you need :)

Batteries:

http://www.trojanbattery.com/Index.aspx

Best I have ever come across. I prefer AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) for the main output battery bank. AGM was developed by military because they are non hazardous and they can be recharged as fast they are discharged without cell damage. You can go for lead acid cell no problem. Up to you. AGM are 20% more expensive than GEL which I would avoid because they are complete crap! 6 months before failure if your lucky! Designed to fail!! Gotta make a $ remember, and best way to do that is rip you off and lie to you!!!

Inverter:

Any inverter that has 50% more power available than you will need to use is a good investment. Do not stress your inverter at maximum, it will not last long.

Growbox Technology:

Water Distillation and Heating:

Only use 316L Stainless Steel Marine Grade unless you like RUST. 304 is just not up to the job.

http://zx55.com/

This is where I buy my bits in the UK. Cheapest and best without question. ONLY USE Schedule 40 pipe for constructing your radiators, Schedule 10 wall thickness is too thin for threading and Schedule 80 is too thick and waste of money. Larger diameter means more surface area for heat transfer. Use a plumbing sealant rated for 100 degrees Celsius as you are producing steam in the distillation chamber. You can cut your own threads on the end with a thread cutter such as:

http://www.machinemart.co.uk/shop/product/details/cht392-6-piece-pi...

SS is a bitch to work with so if you got the $ get an electric pipe threader and save yourself some sweat.. In USA they use NPT threads not BSP.

ZX55 and other plumbing shops all over the place will provide you with 150lb rated 316 SS fittings (right angle and tee) to construct your own radiators.

Stainless Steel 316L Tanks will be required for distillation. 304 means slow rust and a problem in the future.

Bearing Blocks (Purple in Figure 1):

http://www.bearingboys.co.uk/Pillow_Blocks-1126-c

Drive Shafts:

Power Transmission Shops will cut you a 316 shaft with a keyway for your pulleys.

Immersion Heater Element:

http://shop.ebay.co.uk/?_from=R40&_trksid=p3907.m570.l1311&...

ebay for these is easiest :)

Electrical Cabling:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/200-AMP-HEAVY-DUTY-CAR-12V-BATTERY-CABLE-JUMP...

Jump lead cable is plenty big enough to take the Amps in the system. Some places will custom crimp fittings and lengths so shop around for custom components.

Hi Hobie,

I have decided to release the Architecture for constructing the (Series 10) dry cell bank that was detailed in the FESA release. The original FESA release covered everything except the Dry Cell Bank construction. It was included as an essential component but a schematic was not provided. I was hoping that someone would challenge me on the following points:

HHO Cells cannot be connected in series in the same way that a Battery Bank can be....

The reason for this is that a Battery holds its own potential - The Negative connection on the battery is Zero (0) Volts and the Positive connection is Fourteen (14) Volts (standard car battery example here). The difference (range) is what we are measuring as Volts.

A HHO Cell holds Zero (0) Potential on its own, it is not charged, a charge 'has to be applied' to it to hold a Voltage.

Were we to connect 10 off HHO Cells in series... well... thats not possible...

The reason it is not possible is because we would have a Positive (+) connection at one end and a Negative (-) connection at the other end... and every plate in between would be a Neutral (n) Plate.

This is because a HHO Cell is NOT a Battery... It is a Resistor... and acts as such.

Now, The reason that the Series - Parallel Dry Cell Bank will work is for the reasons detailed in the text below the diagram. These are the 'Rules' of electricity and MUST be followed.

dIt is possible to change this schematic by altering the output speed of the DC 500 electrical fuel generator. If the DC 500 was spun at 1000 RPM 10 Volts and 60 Amps would be the output. In this scenario the parallel circuit would be providing 10 V 6A across each of the 10off Dry Cell's and 2V 6A across across each plate gap. The number of Neutral Plates would be reduced from 9 to 4... can anyone tell me why ?

I remember a Reader 'Jim' who asked me some excellent questions, from that brave exposure I was able to explain my understanding of what he was asking. Hopefully I answered his questions. The truth is right there, for anyone to grasp, all you have to do is sincerely ask and it will be revealed to you. Do not fear 'foolish', the truly foolish are the ones who do not ask the question for fear of looking foolish.

I hope you have all followed this, if you have any questions about it at all, ask them. If you do not I will be left with only myself to talk too :)

-----

Safety Notice:

The Dry Cell Plates are exposed on the edges and as such are able to be short circuited, for example by dropping a screwdriver, while the unit is running. This is a very undesirable event as sparks do not play well with Hydrogen.

To protect the system all the Cell Banks will need a cover to protect them 360 degrees around the Bank. Acrylic sheet would work well for this. Remember to drill a few small air holes so that the cover will not become pressurised.

Alternatively, the whole Bank could be placed in a large plastic storage box with a lid. Just remember not to use a box with an air tight seal unless you drill some small holes in the top to allow air exchange.

Rob,

The Engine mentioned requires a 50:1 oil mix with the gasoline in normal operation according to the specs offered by the manufacturer.  How do you overcome this with HHO as the singular fuel source?

The engine also requires overhaul after 50 hours which makes for an unreasonable maintenance schedule considering it's use in such a system.

Just wanted some clarity on the matter.

Respectfully,

Sid

This is very cool, and totaly makes sense. I wish I had the 15,000 it would take to build one of these. I believe the guy is rite when he says have lots of spare parts, because I believe we would need them. It would be logical to have 99% of everything wiped out, than go for the last 1% a while later. So all the extra stuff that you could have saved up would make all the difference in the world.

Seems like this would also be great for your green house, and it would keep the fish warm too.

Thanks for putting this up. Next time I go to the library I am going to print it up.

Hi Sid,

Apologies for the slow reply, but my work was not released on this site and I only discovered it had been partially posted here while monitoring it's dissemination across the internet.

In answer to your question atomized oil is sucked under vacuum into the engine. This post fully answers your question:

http://www.overunity.com/index.php?topic=10157.0

Additionally the FESA concept is a small part of a much larger project, if the concept is proven to work as theorized then a Wankel rotary engine suited to continuous operation can be designed for the system. The original Mazda RX7 engine had much longer runtime than 50 hours before maintenance was required for example.

Have a read here:

This post has a complete list of all my technologies, some of which were written up long after this article was published here. When you view the project as a whole, it should become clear what I have attempted to achieve.

I have bookmarked this page so any further questions asked here should be answered in a more timely manner.
