Simple Liver Cleanse

I realize that my liver is very important for me to remain healthy. I drink daily a simple beverage to help keep my liver functioning well. I like using a pint canning jar as my drinking glass. It’s convenient for me to drink from and I have the benefit of being able to cover my jar with a plastic lid that I can close shut and keep insects out of my beverage. My ingredients are simple. I use a pint of purified water, (2) tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar, (2) tablespoons raw honey and Cayenne Pepper to taste. When I have yellow lemons, I add (2) tablespoons of lemon juice. The lemon juice helps to cleanse my kidneys.

It’s vital that the vinegar is raw and unfiltered. This is a raw food source for building up the body and has many other benefits. The honey is raw. Any other honey (grade A is popular) is not alive and is of no benefit to the body except for sweetening. The lemon juice is fresh squeezed. The Cayenne Pepper should not be irradiated. Spices that are irradiated have had the life force within it killed and is of no value to the body.

I have elected to take responsibility for my health. The only vaccine I would consider taking is a hepatitis vaccine. If I had a broken arm, I would visit a doctor to have it set properly. If I take supplemental vitamins I only take vitamin supplements from raw food sources: fresh raw fruits and vegetables. I eat as much raw foods as possible. Processed foods generally are not healthy to consume.
