Next year will be defining for Make it Possible. Factory farming industries have weathered campaigns similar to this before. Right now they will be desperately hoping that our little flying pig stops appearing on TV screens and reminding Australians of the suffering their industries cause. They would like nothing more than to return to business as usual so that the cruelty that underpins their profits can continue unchallenged.

We cannot let this happen.

Planning for phase two of Make it Possible is already under way. Next year we are going to hit the factory farming industries where it hurts — again. We will unite with yet more beloved Australian icons to stand alongside you and I on behalf of these animals. A new and exciting phase of the Make it Possible public awareness advertising campaign is in development, which we again intend to broadcast in the most effective way possible.

Only a strategic and relentless national campaign can create the change needed to end factory farming. Our greatest challenge is to source the consistent funds we need to sustain a campaign of this scale. I'm sharing this with you because, as ever, I know this is a challenge that we can overcome with your help. If you, like us, believe like in a world without factory farming, then a gift of as little as $10 a month will assist us to shut down this cruel industry years sooner.

If you are in a position to give $35 a month, we'd love to send you an adorable plush winged pig in recognition of your commitment to a world free from factory farming.

Henriette, never before has there been a campaign like Make it Possible. We have succeeded in putting farmed animals at the centre of public attention. We're capturing the hearts and minds of millions. Cracks in the factory farming machine are already appearing. By pledging a monthly donation to the Make it Possible fighting fund, you can help break this cruel industry for good.

Thank you for helping to make a little pig's dream come true.

3. Our plan to end factory farming — is working.

ADOPT ME NOW - This litte winged pig is looking for a good home. Support Make it Possible with a monthly donation of $35 or more, and take her home for free.

Henriette, just a month ago, few Australians gave a second thought to the animals who become pork, bacon, ham, chicken meat, or who lay the eggs that line supermarket shelves. Baby animals whose body parts are cut off without pain relief, and those who suffer perpetual boredom and stress inside tiny cages — all suffered in silence. But today, Make it Possible — described as one of the 'most significant campaigns from the international animal welfare movement' — has already reached over 3 million people.

That's not all. As shoppers are becoming informed, buying habits are changing — and supermarkets are responding.

Coles has announced significant changes to its product lines that will dramatically improve the lives of thousands of mother pigs. Woolworths is not far behind. With Coles discontinuing its home brand cage eggs, and with two states committing to ban cage egg production, we're witnessing the very first signs of a battery cage phase out in Australia.

Importantly, as more people choose to take animals into their hearts and off their plates, we're seeing a spike in the number of meat-free options available in major supermarkets.

These changes alone will help alleviate the suffering of millions of animals. But there is still much to do.

As Christmas approaches, the peak time of production for factory farms that produce traditional Christmas feasts is upon us. It's critical that caring people are reminded to make kind choices now. Generous donations have allowed us to secure air time for Make it Possible right up to Christmas, ensuring that the voices of animals in factory farms don't go unheard.

When we know better then our choices should be better! This is someone that has a conscience for life of other beings. Animals are not food, but like us enjoy their lives & wants to live. As you said in abattoirs animals knows that it is death. We humans have enough different food choices,  to refrain from having to consume animal flesh. It is a conscience choice we all have to decide to make for other lives. Slowly people will realize this as they become enlightened.

Pardon the error in my text.

How I wish  that all people will see and feel the peaceful energy of NO KILLING and any aggression for that matter.

Henriette,  I am appalled that people have not as yet woken up to the fact that animals are sentiment beings, intelligent and feeling.  I could say that many studies from different sources all conclude that eating meat and animal products is detrimental to our health.  But for me the whole concept of killing  and ending lives sends out an aggressive merciless energy which becomes our dominant vibration and we are all familiar with the aggression expressed on all levels  in our world.

The idea of no killing just as a thought alone fills one with a tremendous feeling of peace.  I can never understand how you can love your dog that’s an animal and eat other animals.  It is true that most people have no insight in the plight of animals and only view the food on their plate not wondering how it got there. Anybody who knows about abattoirs  will know the horrific ordeal of such places and the blood curdling screams of the animals.    How I wish  that all people will see and feel the peaceful energy of killing and any aggression for that matter. Well done Henriette for this post because it might go a long way into alerting people of the truth behind animal farming for consumption and  many other issues of suffering.

Thanks Parsifal, my family has taken the pledge to go meat free for years now. It is the right decision for all who knows what life is all about as we treasure our own. The animals lives mean the same to them as it does to us humans.

It is the Ministry of NSearch that all inherit the Kingdom of God

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law....

Now the works of the flesh are evident,

which are adultery fornication, uncleanness, lewdness,

idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies,

outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy,

murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like;

of which I (Paul the Apostle) tell you beforehand,

just as I also told you in time past, that those who

practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering,

kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control,

against such there is no law. Those who are Christ's

have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.

If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.

Let us not become conceited, provoking one another,

envying one another.
