Aloe Vera Juice
Do you get heartburn? I used to get it every day from all the crap I eat. I love a strong coffee but did not like the after effects! I read about aloe vera repairing a valve in your tummy that stops the acid rising out of your guts. I bought 1ltr of aloe vera juice off ebay and I have had a swig every day for two weeks. I hardy get any acid attacks now. I never knew you could drink the stuff.
