Anything that is below neutral should not be consumed often.
This is how juicing helps cleanse our tissues, glands and organs of our body. The higher the alkaline number, the more you will see the darker greens.
Here's a GREAT High Alkaline Tonic that will help balance you:
4 cups Spinach
4 ribs Celery
2 Limes (peeled)
1 inch fresh Ginger Root
2 large Collard Leaves (or 1 cup Broccoli)
You can add an Apple to this tonic if you do not like the green taste, but with the addition of Limes and Ginger Root, you really won't notice that you need anything sweet.
Blended or Juiced, this is highly alkaline!
