Coconut Oil For Teeth

Just read your article on “coconut oil, the healthiest oil”. I’m not sure if you’re aware that coconut oil is great for descaling and whitening teeth…also for keeping your gums healthy. Just take a table spoon of oil and swish it around in your mouth for about 15-20 mins. I know this sounds like a long time but if you squeeze and suck it between your teeth, you will be pleasantly surprised.
After 15-20 mins, spit the oil out (and all those toxins, preferably in the garden so as not to block up your sink/basin). Oil actually absorbs heavy metals in the body (it’s called oil pulling) and once you’ve rid yourself of it, you’ll find that your teeth feel cleaner and smoother…they’ll also be whiter…try it. First thing in the morning is usually the best time and be sure to brush your teeth after. Do it a few times a week….your teeth will get
