Morgellons and Smart Dust Used To Track and Control! Insane Info!

Harald Kautz-Vella puts out some shocking information on Morgellons and Smart Dust from the insiders involved.  This stuff is nasty!   They're spraying it in the chemtrails and it contains a fungus as well as some properties of a self replicating machine!   One of its purposes is to infect every person and transmit an ID based on your DNA to a satellite so they can track all of us at all times.  He says pretty much everybody is infected at this point.  It won't make most of us sick but some will have a tremendous reaction with fibers breaking out of their body in very nasty sores.  Harald also says they've found parts of insects mixed in with this stuff too.  They tested this smart dust in Iraq during the Iraq War and spent over $10 billion perfecting it for widespread dispersion around the world which is going on now.
