What is your health worth?
People all over the world are eating themselves to death. It started in America but has spread to include many countries. We are eating foods that are not only filled with sugar, salt and fat but lack any real nutritional value. This isn't rocket science here folks. All you have to do is stop eating pre-packaged, processed foods. Eat organic fruits and vegetables. Eat raw dairy products. Eat organic meats. Stop eating 'fast food'.
