JUICE RECIPE! ❤

YIELD = 1 to 1½ JARS

( 1 jar = ¼ gal. = 1 qt.
= 32 oz = 0.95 l )

* I n g r e d i e n t s *

— Always SCRUB & WASH
PRODUCE before juicing OR eating!
I use VEGGIE WASH!

— 2 Cucumbers
— 1 Lemon (UNpeeled if organic; peeled if not organic)
— 1-3 in. piece Ginger
— 2 Apples
— 1 Habanero (or substitute 1 jalapeño or cayenne pepper)
— 1 bunch Spinach
— 1 Aloe Leaf (do NOT run through juicer...juice all other ingredients, and then add the gel scraped from the inside of the leaf to your juice at the end)




* P r e p *

— 1) Run all ingredients EXCEPT for the aloe leaf through your Breville juicer or whatever the best juicer is for you. http://JUICERS.life-regenerator.com

— 2) Scrape out the gel from the inside of the aloe vera leaf, add to your juice, and blend together in your Vitamix or whatever your favorite type of blender is. http://BLEND.life-regenerator.com

— 3) For the portion of juice you're drinking right now, just add ice if desired & enjoy...

— 4) Immediately pour any remaining juice into GLASS mason jars, sealed shut w/ PLASTIC lids (metal lids rust). Your juice can stay very fresh this way for 2 days, 3 at the absolute most. IDEALLY, you want to drink juice RIGHT after it's made.
